| Easter Day
The single most important day in the Christian Calender marking the events which in Christian Theology are the very crux of human history. Indeed the most momentous event in time itself. The resurrection of Jesus Christ, whereby death itself have been destroyed and the sins of the whole world have been expunged.
Traditionally the priest wears gold or white vestments this day, and for the forty days after this day which make up the season of Easter. |
